Hirose has developed several series of connectors for the market needs of technologically advanced board and wire board connectors and for high powers.
The various versions cover current from 5 A to 50 A, with a pitch from 3.3 mm to 10.16 mm.
- The design maximizes PCB space by giving greater flexibility
- A secure connection is ensured by the polarization key to avoid incorrect or incomplete couplings
- Presence of audible coupling click that ensures complete mechanical and electrical connection
- Central locking prevents inadvertent disconnections
- The DF60, DF63 versions also have a multi-point contact design. This provides excellent vibration resistance and ensures a continuous connection at all times
- DF33C, DF63 versions can be resin-coated to prevent dirt or dust from creating interference in the connection. The connector housing is sealed so that resin plating cannot penetrate the connector housing

DF60 board-to-wire series
High current capability, up to 45A- Available straight, 90°, in-line and with different polarization keys
- Accepts wires from AWG #8 to #12
- 5-point contact design with independent contact springs
- Wiring available upon request, also overmolded, with protection rating up to IP67
DF62 SERIES Wire to wire
- Small size due to contact arrangement that shortens diagonal distances
- Non-visible metal surfaces to avoid the possibility of electrical discharge
- Two-point contact design to ensure a reliable connection that resists vibration
- Wiring available upon request, including overmolded, with protection ratings up to IP67
SERIE DF63 Board to wire
- Current up to 10A with AWG 16 cable
- Possibility of resin plating up to 5 mm
- Two different codings for connectors with same number of contacts
- Reinforcement with glass resin to prevent micro breakage due to heating
- Wiring available upon request, also overmolded, with protection rating up to IP67
BM24 Series
The BM24 connector is a space saving, hybrid signal-to-power connector for board and FPC board connections, supporting the USB3.0/3.1 standard.
The two-point contact design ensures a reliable connection, and the slide rail ensures alignment in the 0.3mm range.
