SHIELDED VERSIONS
As the amount and speed of data transmission increases with ever-advancing technologies, shielded versions of FFC are needed to protect systems from electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
These are the best solution for applications where it is not possible to intervene by changing the PCB design. They provide low EMI protection, and are obtained with an aluminum, copper or silver cover. No grounding is provided.
Shielded versions with grounding
FFC with shielding and with dedicated pins for connection to the shield. EMI protection is superior and protects against external noise. Some grounding pins can be assigned on the FFC cable, connecting them to the shield so as to protect signals carried by other conductors or external interference.
LVDS versions
Standard versions with high-precision automatic manufacturing.
If the application requires it, we supply FFCs with custom screen and gold-plated contacts, to reach up to 100 Ohm impedance.
Gold-plated FFCs
Gold-plated versions with a thin layer of gold (gold flash on Nickel plated copper conductors) on the conductors to ensure no whiskers at mating.
0.5 mm or 1 mm pitch
Connected FFCs
Custom FFC solutions with assembled connectors typically used for electronic devices, or computers.
Grounding contact soldered directly to the FFC to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Excellent transmission at high frequencies.
Flex JUMPER Cable
Solutions that allow them to be flexed repeatedly without problems. In addition, the single-body design ensures reliability, vibration resistance, and longer service life than conventional solutions.
Flat or round conductor design.
1.0, 1.27, 2.0, 2.54 mm pitch

Flex CRIMPED cable
Crimped FFC with male contacts for through hole assembly on PCB or with female contacts in plastic housing.
2.54 mm pitch, single or double row.
Mating with standard pin header connectors.
